理化性質(zhì)

具有翡翠綠顏色的結(jié)晶粉末。分子式C4-H6-As6-Cu4-O16?；瘜W(xué)式Cu(C2H3O2)2·3Cu(AsO2)2。 分子量1013.78。相對密度>1.1(20℃固體)。不溶于水和乙醇; 溶于酸、氫氧化銨。在水中長時(shí)間加熱引起分解或受空氣中碳酸氣作用會產(chǎn)生亞砷酸。對酸和堿不穩(wěn)定。燃燒產(chǎn)生揮發(fā)性氧化砷。

接觸機(jī)會

是非常漂亮的綠色原料,用作繪畫的顏料、船底涂料、防蟲涂料等,目前使用已逐漸減少。

侵入途徑

經(jīng)呼吸道或經(jīng)口侵入。

毒理學(xué)簡介

大鼠經(jīng)口LD50: 22 mg/kg; 經(jīng)皮LD50: 2400 mg/kg。

可引起急性的局部作用,參見<三氧化二砷>。

臨床表現(xiàn)

刺激皮膚及粘膜,有引起皮炎、結(jié)膜炎和上呼吸道炎癥等的報(bào)告。

美國HSDB引用文獻(xiàn)：

*A highly characteristic dermatitis confined to the scrotum, inguinal area, and nasolabial folds may follow moderate occupational exposure to paris green. The lesions begin with erythema, frequently become eczematous and weeping, & may start to heal with ... black scab. A sensitization reaction may be involved ... In less acute cases, hyperkeratosis, hyperhidrosis, or melanosis may occur. ... The hyperpigmentation is most marked on surfaces exposed to light. ... There may be a speckled depigmentation of pigmented areas giving the so called raindrop appearance. [R32]

*Sixty four workers in a malaria control unit sprayed Baytex, Temephos (both organic thiophosphates), and paris green in oil for 5-6 hr per day without use of protective clothing, face masks, or gloves. Fourteen members of the group, aged 24-42 yr with exposure in the range 1-8 yr, had macular involvement. Symptoms incl visual impairment, dislike of bright light, night blindness, black dots in front of the eyes, and blurring of vision. Visual acuity was reduced in 9 subjects. Macular degeneration was characterized by areas of perifoveal depigmentation, dull foveal reflex, and bilaterial lesions. [R33]
